Extra advert analysis. (Halsey)

This advert for Nike is interpreted as being very effective for several reasons.
Firstly, the pose of the famous basket-baller, Lebron is very noticeable as he has his great arms stretched widely apart. This pose would suggest to the audience that he is celebrating and is representing his greatness. The image is also taken from a low angle which suggests to the audience that he is powerful and is looked up to.
The regular use of the colour black and white keeps the poster less busy. This gives the audience more time to focus on the image alongside slogan. Although it's a simple advert it still is effective so the use of black and white may reinforce the idea of Lebron doing something so simple but being so great at it.
There is also a use of top lighting which makes Lebron look more elite and accentuates the team he plays for alongside his muscles and how far his arms are stretched out.
