Media consumption homework. (Halsey)

Newspapers
I dont usually read newspapers but when I do it would be after someone in my household has purchased it and it would be 'The Sun'. I usually turn to stories which interest me and are usually on the cover of the paper. The stories that tend to interest me are mostly abnormal or stories which are happening very frequently.

Magazines

I don't find myself buying magazines unless the celebrities I am highly interested in are on the cover and this would usually be the 'OK!' magazine.I read articles which contain gossip or news about celebrities I am familiar with as I am not interested in celebrity gossip of unknown successful people.

Television

Approximately I watch 7-9 hours of television a week as I don't really find free time to sit and watch television. But when I do watch television, I would watch reality programmes with my sibling as we are both interested in the living of others and other people's lifestyle. Usually I watch television in the evening and me and my siblings would all agree on what we will be watching.

Radio

'Kiss100' and 'CapitalXtra' are my favourite stations because they play music I enjoy and they update me on news of celebrities I am familiar with. I usually listen to the radio when I'm travelling alone and with family also when I'm studying. So approximately 4-6 hours a week I spend listening to the radio. There isn't a specific time I listen to the radio, just whenever I feel to.

Cinema

The last movie I watched in cinema was 'Lucy' which was with a few friends and we all decided to watch it. Usually I get movies suggestions and end up watching them alone on Netflix but recently I watched several movies while on aeroplane flights. For example I watch Frozen, Ride Along and 12 Years A Slave.

Internet

I access the internet on a daily basis as I have acces to it via mobile, school computers and home computers. The main websites I access is YouTube and Twitter as they keep me updated with the latest news and keep me entertained at the same time. Whilst accessing the internet, I tend to find myself talking to my friends or doing some work .
